•Plan and direct the operations and maintenance of the water supply systems, which include, but not limited to conveyer, reservoirs, pumping stations, pressure regulating stations, well pumps and valves, to ensure the delivery of water in accordance with Safe Drinking Water Regulatory requirements.
•Support and assist the Technical Manager to implement technical initiatives that meet Building and Environmental Codes and Occupational Health and Safety legislation, guidelines, standards, policies, procedure, and practices.
•Manages vendor day to day delivery of services, develops standards, KPIs and manages compliance to standards for building operations service providers.
•Working knowledge of integrated workplace management systems, CAD/CAFM software as well as MS Office Suite (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Visio).
