To receive and process incoming phone calls for dedicated clients, which includes obtaining, entering and verifying customers information, adhering to scripts and attempting to sell or make upsells. Ensures that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as any federal laws and regulations.
Supervising the operation for Secondary Department to ensure that all (people, machine and equipments, materials and products) are in place to provide accurate volume of finished quality-pharmaceutical-dry-products. Involves planning and scheduling, material/inventory management, ensuring safety of work environment and management of people for operation.
