• Promptly receive and screen incoming telephone calls to the Manager, providing friendly and professional greeting, taking messages as appropriate, and eliciting necessary information to allow timely and accurate responses;
• Promptly screen and distribute incoming email, responding where appropriate;
• Provide accurate word-processing support by composing a variety of documents. This includes many highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, and proposals;
• Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information;
• Responsible and ensure to the security and confidentiality of all pertinent documents;
• Develops, organizes and maintains an effective filling system.
• Arranges travel reservations for office personnels and staff;
• Provides support to the accountant;
• Assists in preparation of Sales Invoices, LPO’s,; Receipt/Payment Vouchers;
• Responsible in dispensing and liquidating company petty cash;
• Orders and dispense office stationary;
• Prepare office memorandum, agreements, amc contracts and quotations;
• Handles clients inquiries, attends receiving and screening telephone calls.
