Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to
reporting and procedural standards.
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
• Evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
• Assist with annual external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
• Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts.
• Processes accounts receivable transactions and prepares/ reviews/ stores
accurate receivables' related documentation in order to contribute to accurate financial and accounting operations.
• Preparation of Local Purchase Order to suppliers.
• Preparation of bank reconciliations
