I joined this company in June and have since relocated on a permanent basis with my family to Doha, Qatar. I have been given sole responsibility for ensuring that the building is constructed in accordance with the Engineering, Procurement Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) design, coordinating and delivering reviews from a multi- disciplinary and specialist design team consisting of over twenty different specialist services, this is to ensure the projects meet the Client's expectations with regards to the design and quality.

One of the projects is a listed building with two retained facades and this will house a Primary Care centre and a Students Union, the second project is to be a an eight floor Building for training in Health, Education and Sports.

Recent projects include Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Trust (D&B) Pharmacy Manufacturing Equipment - New Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit (PMU) Development and Fit Out, together with the procurement and installation of specialist Pharmacy Manufacturing Equipment for the production of a range of ophthalmic medicines. The PMU was located over three floors (a Lower Basement, Upper Basement and a Ground Floor) and a five storey Service Tower within a mixed use development at Britannia Walk, London N1. The Lower Basement housed EC Standard Grade B and Grade C clean rooms, Quality Control Laboratories and associated storage and ancillary space. The Upper Basement houses the plant serving the Pharmacy. The Ground Floor housed the office space, a finished product store, rest room, training room and associated WC and storage facilities. The Service Tower also housed further plant and ductwork serving the PMU, value £10m. Ashmole Secondary School, Barnet (D&B) - New Development comprising of a Three Storey Building containing classrooms, value £10m.

The role required a controlled and flexible approach to Services co-ordination and management due to the varied workload and project types together with a different level of service demand on each contract. Projects included; Holiday Inn Express, Hammersmith - completed in 2001, value £7m. Britannia Walk NW1, London - completed in 2001, value £14m. Onslow House.
