1. Manages complete execution & coordination of MEP works like HVAC Systems, Drainage systems, Water Supply, Electrical & ELV systems, Specialized works like Home Automation Systems, LPG, firefighting, Kitchen equipment’s, Swimming pool, Irrigation & Landscaping works.
2. Review of Contract documents, technical submittals, architectural & interior design drawings, Shop drawing’s & progress payment bills, value engineering & cost management.
3.Review and follow ups on contractors, suppliers, vendors on site for their activities, work progress, supply of the products.
4. Supervision, monitoring and controlling the whole MEP crew.
5.Coordination with authorities like DM, DEWA & DCD, Investors, architects & vendors.
6.Monitoring/coordinating the Testing & Commissioning inspections and reviewing the associated defects/problems with solutions.
7. Documentation of complete mechanical completion dossiers which includes completion check sheets, Preservation records, commissioning procedures, warranty certificates(DLP), As Built drawings, Operations &Maintenance manuals etc.

1.Construction/fabrication of mechanical activities like HVAC-Chilled Water piping works, ducting,
Equipment’s modifications & Installations, Plant/Pump rooms, Under Ground Chilled water pipeline construction, specialized jobs like LPG Pipelines (DCD approved Central Gas systems), Fuel Piping Systems, Exhaust systems, and Compressed Air piping Systems.
2.Executing the work in accordance with the shop drawings and specifications, Target & construction program, Method Statements Risk assessments, coordinating with Project Manager, Consultants, subcontractors and all concerned departments.
3.Development of technical submittals/RFI/drawings required for the respective work, materials, equipment’s etc.
4.Documentation of complete mechanical completion dossiers which includes completion check sheets, Preservation records, commissioning procedures, warranty certificates (DLP), As Built drawings, Operations & Maintenance manuals etc.

1.Experience as a Mechanical Engineer, responsible for the construction/fabrication, Testing & Commissioning of Underground Gas pipeline works, Gas station piping, Oil Pipelines, Well Head piping installation works., degassing, Hot Tapping’s, Hydro testing, Pipeline Pig Tests.
2.Executing the work in accordance with the shop drawings and specifications, Target & construction program, Method Statements & Risk Assessments, coordinating with Project Manager, Consultants, subcontractors and all concerned departments.
3.Review safety standards in the site and issuing work-permits depending on the nature of job
e.g. hot work, cold work, naked flame, confined space, need of mechanical /electrical/ process isolation.
4.Supervises and coordinating with the vendor/Supplier representatives at site for the installations & Commissioning of Pipeline & Piping works (Welding, Hydro testing, Pig test, cathodic protection, NDT, PQT, WPS & WQT) and any other special testing or maintenance requirements.

Responsible for the after-sales Vehicle Service operations & maintenance
• Responsible for the Service floor activities like vehicle maintenance according to the
manufacturer recommendation & client requirements.
• Investigating mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems of vehicles & Work
equipment’s and prepares technical reports.
• Prepares monthly income statement and work reports, progress reports, Inventory management, product
complaint report & providing support to the warranty executive.
• Involvement in the audit, report preparations like ISO, Vehicle manufacturer inspections.
