RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for initial screening of incoming work notification in SAP
•Identification of scope and analysis of required level of planning
•Conducts field walk down to identify and document job requirements
•Prepare purchase requisition through SAP for the required parts, tools or outside services
•Gather necessary engineering or technical documents.
• Plans parts for all project to increase “wrench time” and maximize efficiency
•Keeps bill of materials updated
•Ensure all work orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished
•Participate in outage planning activities such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment, and execution
•Communicates with contractors resources directly on specific work orders assigned to the contractors and the performance expectations of the work order are clearly communicated and understood.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Analyze inventory levels and product demands to determine reorder levels and safety stocks that will ensure product availability and minimize inventory cost.
•Promote and develop positive communication with Marketing and Sales ton improve forecast accuracy
•Scheduling of requirements and creation of Purchase Requisition.
•Develop and maintain forecast master schedule and procurement plan based on history, seasonality, and sales opportunities.
•Review and update forecast, production schedules and material requirements
•Review material shortages, stock outages, and safety stock
•Manage periodic Sales & Operations Planning cycle
•Monitoring of Plant performance, planned production against execution
•Preparation of daily outbound schedule.

Raw Materials and Finished Goods
Simultaneously spearheaded two warehouse operations (Plant and external warehouse)

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Prepares weekly Material Resource Analysis (MRP) to Purchasing at Makati Office to be submitted to Purchasing (Makati Office) to determine stock status for possible ordering.
•Receives and checks deliveries based on approved Purchase Order and Delivery Receipt of technical and packaging materials from various suppliers upon unloading.
•Prepares Report on Material Received (RMR) to document receipt of above materials and posting of same to stock card and encoding to Excel program (or prescribed computer system) to properly monitor stock ending balances.
•Issue technical and packaging materials to Production Group based on duly approved material requirement.
•Receives finished goods manufactured by Production Group. In addition, accepts excess technical and packaging materials from Production Unit after production. The volume is verified based on the Production Batch Monitoring (PBR) prepared by Production Supervisor.
•Loading of finished goods and other materials to be transferred to Bulacan Warehouse and other destinations during truck loading. Prepares Delivery Receipt (DR) and/or Transshipment Order and Advise (TOA).
Inbound and outbound deliveries processing.
•Receives materials from local and foreign suppliers
•Posting of Goods receipts via MIGO
•Releasing of inbound deliveries such as Interplant materials transfer, and Distribution Centers resupply stocks.
•Facility management and storage.
•Gives instruction to Forklift operators regarding storage location status
•Responsible for Goods Issues, and transfer posting of materials internal movements in SAP.
