• Performs constructability review of the project design and specifications to determine site compatibility and anticipated problems
• Responsible in delivering first class projects according to agreed time parameters/ schedules and working base on the clients budget with top class quality
• Prepares and reviews the method statement to finishing work if activity is carried accordingly with respect to specifications and requirements of the clients and consultants
• Coordinate all site and off site testing and inspections according to the Project Management Plan
• Ensure that all non conformance and deficiency reports are regularly reported and collected
• Monitors and coordinates civil, mechanical, electrical work in parallel with the finishing works and schedule to ensure proper activity implementation and deadlines
• Checks the quality of work execution (finishing works) prior to raise inspection according to approved methods, plans, specifications, and standards
• Prepares method statements for finishing and civil works for consultants review and approval

• Prepares and reviews the method statement to finishing work if activity is carried accordingly with respect to specifications and requirements of the clients and consultants
• To ensure the technical issues, amendments and recall of the controlled documents
• Coordinates all inspections, monitors all the required tests and record inspections and tests made pas the contract plan and contract specifications
• Ensure that all quality requirements are understood by all site personnels and sub contractors and provide training if necessary
• Review inspection reports and ensure that any actions required are initiated and accomplished
• Coordinate all site and off site testings and inspections according to the Project Management Plan

• Responsible for conducting internal audits, internal control, quality control operations and finished product inspections

• Performs daily site inspection to maintain all the aspects of quality assurance including the report of deficiencies for site rectification
• Checks and monitors the on going activity if executed according the approved method and specifications
• Supervises on implementing quality standards and ITP procedures to deliver the proper quality of work
• Reviews project quality plans, inspections and other quality related procedures and documents
• Checks the quality of work execution (finishing works) prior to raise inspection according to approved methods, plans, specifications, and standards
• Coordinates with the project manager regarding the work performance and hold authority to stop the work in areas where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiency
• Prepares method statements for finishing and civil works for consultants review and approval
• Establish the field inspection and testing procedures and monitors the quality control activities on the construction site in line with the established quality control program
• Ensure that non conformance report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviates from the contract specifications or normal construction industry practice
• Coordinates with the project staff to compile and maintain all pertinent records of inspections and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project
• Monitors all works on day to day basis to ensure conformance on the schedule, budget, and quality standard of the project
• Ensure a comprehensive, active, and well recorded liaison between the project, the consultants, and the sub contractors
• Ensures all elements of plans and specifications meet the schedule and the quality standard requirements
• Ensure that all punch lists items are resolved, client handover is satisfactorily conducted
• Ensures trade cons/ sub contractors and suppliers compliance with the contract schedules, plans, specifications, etc., identifies actual or potential problems and determines necessary for changes
• Checks and monitors the implementation of the standards/ details for the proper flow of work
• Ensure that all Method Statements and Inspections and Testing Plans are being progressed as planned
• Supervises on imposing the quality as per standards and specifications for the proper work execution
• Ensure and maintain quality workmanship, and smooth and efficient work flow
• Review and implements the submitted and approved methodologies for construction
• Serves as the project primary point of contact to obtain approval of the inspection requests prior to concrete pouring
• Oversee and takes part in daily routinely inspection to monitor the project status
• Monitors NCRs and site instructions for site rectification and consultants inspections
• Prepares technical documents such as s-curve, man power monitoring, materials monitoring, and billings necessary for the proper and on time execution of the project
• Prepares shop drawings and details necessary for discussion, fabrication and/ or site implementation
• Detailing of the various Architectural connections
• Supervises on site construction and monitors development of work accomplishment
• Prepares punch listing of balances and areas for rectification prior to turn over the project
• Supervised and scheduled job assignments for construction work force.
