RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and verify the backup documents and drawings for respected E-SPIR parts and Material master record in system.
Reviews & create Bill of Materials (BOM) for all new project materials functional location (SAP).
Reviewed SPIR and the Material Data Catalogue to forward for the procurement action.
Continuous review of materials inventory to improve interchangeability, generalization and standardization.
Review and finalising the bids based on the technical evaluation
To evaluate the Technical offers of stock items, coordinates as necessary action with Equipment owner and confirms technical suitability to purchasing. Ensures that item master /catalogue is updated according to the required description and specifications.
Solve day to day procurement related jobs and provide timely supply of the material to the users and keep a check of the related activities.
Keep track of performance of various suppliers. If suppliers are not maintaining timely deliveries/supplying materials not as per specification & take necessary action.
Serve as a liaison with warehouse and supply chain supervisors regarding inventory control and investment recovery activities at the business units.

Working with Petrofac EPC Company for PDO (Petroleum Development Oman) Harweel project Oil-gas construction and supporting onshore activities from Sharjah design office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive the SPIRs from suppliers for plant Spares Commissioning & Operations Requirements.
Check & verify the backup documents and drawings for Respected SPIR parts.
Collect the missing information from Suppliers (OEM & OPM).
Recommended the Spare Parts purchasing for Plant Operation.

Analyze and prepare the details and design conditions from Design sheets, PEFS (P&ID) and general arrangement drawings to PACER-CM for static equipments assets for corrosion inspection team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring of Shipment Forecast
Monitor the arrival of each scheduled shipment as per shipping Advice for preparation of unloading and storage plan prior to actual arrival site.
Arrangement of Unloading Area
Decide whether the arriving cargo is to be unloaded at site storage area, remote storage area or directly to the construction site under coordination with concern section under coordination with other Material Controllers and Materials Engineers.
Material Receiving
Prepare Receiving Inspection Report (RIR), Material Exception Report (MER) Once the arrived material becomes ready for inspection. QC.QA Dept keep all the records relating category in accordance with Purchase Order wise.
Material Handling Operation
Responsible to supervise all warehouse activities which are material receiving, storage including preservation and issuing, cautiously pay close attention to the handling of dangerous or fragile cargoes, items required proper protection from high/low temperature, moisture, dust, various form of corrosion and as well as materials subject to traceability. Prepare daily materials control reports to submission to Material Control Manager.
Periodic Inventory Check
Physically conduct periodic stock taking on all categories of material held at warehouses / yards and update their inventory records accordingly.
Documentation
Responsible to maintain and arrange all material control related documents received from respective subcontractor. Essential documents such as those under mentioned should be systematically filed for immediate and accurate references at all time.
Acknowledged copy of Construction Material Issue Voucher on all (CMIV) Categories of
material issued out from the warehouses.
Verified copy of all categories of material returned to warehouses.
All copies of approved request for Approval to be scrapped.
MSDS, MTC
Worked for Lamprell Energy Ltd. Dubai oil-gas construction Site and supporting onshore and offshore Materials for the Panna field in India. Responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to appropriate company-wide MMS, inventory control and investment recovery practices. These practices will provide for controlled flow of materials and equipment in a timely manner to meet operating requirements, while minimizing accumulation of, and maximizing value realized from surplus
