Conduct the financial feasibility analysis for various projects from real estate sector (retail / hospitality / residential / mixed use) to identify suitable opportunities for real estate funds
Assist in the origination activity of strategically targeted investment opportunities supportive of client/fund’s objectives including identifying companies that are attractive for investment

Maintain and ensure quality of client deliverable by demonstrating extraordinary attention to detail
Successfully managed strategic and financial aspects of a multi-billion real estate project located in the UAE including analysing the project, advising on the development plan, deal structuring and conducting financial feasibility study accordingly
Prepared comprehensive financial models for more than ten real estate funds
Executed financial analysis and performed business valuation for several projects with different financial motives including private placement, selling of stake, debt arranging, strategic investments & others
Prepared private placement memorandums; business plans and business valuation reports for several KSA based clients generating revenue of USD 290, 000 for the company
Prepared investor presentations and had been actively involved in strategic aspects for three real estate mutual funds from initial point of developing the idea till the final subscription
