Total years of experience :18 years, 10 Months
I am part of a project team that is working on developing an integrated approach to asset management that will see the redesign of the Ellipse, Western Power’s ERP system and a new GIS system. Specifically, I am involved with the project team that is working on replacement of 4 custom built legacy disparate applications in Transmission with new COTS systems. I do gather requirements, redseign processes, new systems design specifications and prototyping.
I worked as Sales Consultant responsible for inbound sales and customer service for Home insurance, roadside assistance and car insurance
Whilst at IAG, I also did a detailed review of a new Performance Management framework and reporting system implemented nationally within Insurance Australia Group. This was in fulfilment of the requirements of the Change Management unit for my master’s degree program. I did the study over a period of 3 months with a well defined scope of analysing systematic corporate wide major change using a change model. This review also looked at challenges of managing change in a large organisation and concluded with recommendations for future change endeavours. The report was well received by the company.
