Repair & Maintenance: Organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining Sperry Drilling Services equipment at a single facility.Develop and implement programs to ensure Service Quality and equipment reliability.Responsible for supervising a staff of mechanical and electrical technicians and clerical staff.Coordinates the activities in maintaining and troubleshooting down-hole tools.Maintain HMS, SAP, Tool operation manuals and Global maintenance standards R&M.Assist in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.Mentor and assists lower level Tool Technicians.

Failure analysis: Adherence to global processes and work methods and ensure credible resolutions and proactive measures implemented.Lead Failure Analysis meetings and lead TapRoot Investigations.Review NOMEM's (Notice of Mandatory Equipment modification).Review CBM compliance (Condition Based Maintenance)

Inventory, Asset Management & Financial Accountability:
Responsible for monthly pre-ordering and forecasting for the shop inventory and quarterly reviews of MRPs.Review open reservations reports and demands.Responsible for monthly review of Slow moving and Excess & Obsolete inventory.Responsible for monthly Turn rates (TOR: >2.5) and financial reviews.Support and maintain inventory worth\[Approximately $1Million in Net for UAE, Pakistan and Yemen\] for operation activities.Responsible for planning assets for upcoming planned jobs and on-call activities.Support and maintain asset worth\[Approximately $18Million in NBV for UAE, Pakistan and Yemen\] for operation activities.Responsible for decisions for assets in-repair to/at external vendors.Responsible for facility improvement reviews with business justifications

LRSO: Act as facility liaison for radiation protection issues. This includes interfacing with government agencies, customers, vendors, the Procurement, Materials & Logistics (PML), the HSE department, Global Radiation and Explosive Group, local management and employees of all PSL’s.Ensure facility compliance with all applicable country, state, and local radiation protection regulations.Monitor and maintain records of the radiation safety training program for:Radioactive Tag end-user and technicians.Ensure that SAP/AMI, or other electronic source tracking system, is accurately maintained and up to date.Conduct quarterly local compliance audits that include inventory of material, inspection of equipment and survey of storage facilities as required by national, local and company regulations and procedures.INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS
 Ensure the AMI process for international shipments of radioactive materials is adhered to.Ensure the packaging and labeling is correct for international shipments.Verify and confirm with PSL, local HSE and Local PML that current Storage/Use and Export/Import licenses and permits exist before approving the movement of the shipment.Assist local Halliburton logistic support personnel in their requirement to correctly complete international shipping paperwork.Be fully conversant with, and in compliance with, the HMS process for Radioactive Equipment Movement
