-Act as Office Manager
-Coordinate with the HR and Admin office in Dubai Head office regarding administrative and HR concerns.
-Handles employees file and ensure that all are updated .Update documents as required.

-Gather data needed for several researches and reports it to the Research Manager.

-Assist the General Manager/Station Manager/ Sales Manager in their day-to-day activities.
-Communicate with clients and coordinate with them.
-Prepares correspondences, memos, sales proposals and agreements.
-Act as Customer Service Executive when needed.
-Coordinate with the Operations department regarding follow-ups of outgoing and incoming deliveries.
-Ensure that shipments are delivered as per the expectation of the client.
-Coordinate with other international shipment provider when needed (DHL/FEDEX)
Graduate. took internship/practicum at the Philippines most competitive television network and got 1.5 grade.
