Job Description:
• To provide direct support and guidance to AHS Corporate and Project Management on Quality Management issues.
• To support the installation and continual improvement processes in line with the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 and the AHS Quality Management System.
• Promote awareness, understanding and use of the Quality Management System within the company.
• Ensure that appropriate project/contract Management Systems are established, maintained and implemented.

• Leading/participating in investigations of QMS failures relating to Project/Contract.

• Assist in supplier selection process including pre-qualification assessments; bid evaluation, quality appraisal.
• Create and Provide Material Submittals, Method Statements, ITP's, Material, Installation and Testing & commissioning Check list, Check sheet as per TPI GASCO Engineers & Inspectors Project Specifications.
• Prepare Audit Plan as per schedule and notify 14 days prior to Audit.
• Prepare checklist for Schedule Internal and External Audits.
• Develop quality plans, procedures and instructions in order to standardize and optimize the work on site based on the overall system and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with the construction and safety Staff Prepare the method statements seek the PM's approval.
• Closing out of CAR and NCR issued in regards of Observation as per Audit procedures.
• Supervise quality inspectors' work and monitor overall inspections on all site materials and resources by conducting random inspections to make sure all relevant procedures, requirements specifications and regulations are implemented.
• Prepare Quality Plans, Inspection Testing Plans and audit program based on contractual, legal and internal requirements in order to assess the conformity of site activities.
• Undertake analysis, develops recommendations to solved identified problems and discrepancies.
• Assist procurement and project's staff by providing technical guidance related to materials, resources and activities.
• Liaise/meet with internal and external clients to discuss discrepancies or any specific matters relating to quality.
• Liaise with external parties for external services (including laboratories, maintenance and calibration bodies), control their work and review subsequent results.
• Supervise the proper control of documents and records according to AHS Quality Management System and make sure the latest revision of the project's technical documents is always circulated to concerned parties.
• Learn from own and others experience in order to increase capability and skill level.
• Coach Quality Inspectors at lower levels in order to integrate them in the work and train them to ensure their continuous skill level improvement.
• Perform Quality Trainings as required.
• Attend weekly meeting with qa/qc, construction team.
