• Successfully implemented safety days stock on raw materials while maintaining optimum stock coverage
• Successfully implemented and reviewed all related raw materials to be fully updated and compliant with company standards
• Successfully overseen implementation of various tenders for suppliers as well as services amounting to $600k plus savings in 2014
• Managed and overseen raw materials in excess of $12MM in value across a 12 month period, while optimizing the month to month total inventory value in excess of $6MM
