Systems Engineering duties:

General day-to-day technical support for small business opportunities and general day-to-day sales queries.
Coordinate the interface between sales and pre-sales engineering.
Deliver on projects through the post sales phase after contract signature. At times where projects are handed over at the post sales phase, there will be a need to manage handover from pre sale engineering activities to post sale engineering activities.
Drive initiatives for the effective distribution of information & presentation material for key customers, based around specific customer requirements and/or, the latest technology offerings from Motorola.
Assist strategic partners to develop their technical capabilities.
Early involvement in Detail Design including interaction with Network Planning Team, Radio Network Planning Team and Radio Network Traffic Team; provide equipment lists to order processing team (ordering); liaise with procurement and third party vendors to obtain detailed technical specifications, pricing and ordering;
Responsible for all technical documentation; systems descriptions, system diagrams and technical point responses.
Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressurised environment.
