ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Building Mainframe Storage Administration Services Competency in IBM India. Starting in 2006, with a team of 15 people and 6 accounts, the practice was expanded to cover 23 accounts across multiple geographies with team size scaling to 50 members. Attracted several skilled resources into IBM and maintained attrition levels to < 10% year on year. Successful in hiring competent Managers into the team and deploying them in Service Delivery.
• Education and Skill Development. Plans were worked out with Management to build high-end Mainframe Storage skills in India through a Mainframe Centre of Excellence Program. Worked closely with IBM Learning Team and Skills Board as a Stakeholder in driving the First wave of the project (2009). Detailed Education roadmap was developed in-line with Global learning Services.
