Handles maintenance and new project inquiries for quotation.
Handles, prepares, and process engineering requests for estimation, shop drawing, technical submittal, calculation, operations maintenance manual, quotations with architectural drawing and other special request related to engineering.
Follows up with Engineering Department regarding the release dates of the requested documents.
Handles any query form engineering or any staff regarding the request made.
Assists Client with their queries to send to the Contractors, Project Client and Consultant.
Follows up to Dispatch & Purchasing Department for the delivery date of materials for new and maintenance projects.
Handles request to After Sales Department for technical support, testing and commissioning required by the client, contractor and consultant.
Handles request and provides all the required documents as required by the Clients.
Handles request for materials to be purchased outside.
Updates employee’s attendance records on a daily basis and performs some admin and receptionist roles.
Update sales weekly, monthly reports on daily basis to submit on time.
Adheres to NAFFCO policies and procedures such as the Safety and Health Regulations, performs any other task related to the job as and as assigned by the Manager.
I handle AT&T MidWest Accounts.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and
follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Performs printing, reproduction, labelling and packing of proposals and other documents to be sent to customers and potential customers.
Records, maintains, and manages the calendar of sales events, demos and presentations as may be provided by the sales staff and/or management using the Salesforce applications.
Serves as secretary to the Sales Team for appointments and meetings, recording of minutes of the meeting, communication and mailings.
Assists the officers and staff of sales in the planning and execution of sales activities as may be assigned by the Sales Team Head.
Assists the Sales Team Head in the liquidation of expenses incurred by the Sales Team

Identify and generate new sales opportunities with all assigned customers for products that they
could buy from Nestlé
Recruit and on-board new customers to Nestlé
Using sales data and customer sales reports, identify new business opportunities or lost sales
categories with all accounts and establish sales plans to grow the book of business.
Execute and perform other projects as identified by Management.
