- To supervise, monitor and ensure that the ALMARAI water treatment plant standard operation, testing procedures, preventive maintenance programs and quality controls are followed at all times. To ensure the performance and product quality of the water and that treatment plant and facilities operate in accordance with ALMARAI standards procedure at all times.
- To ensure that all maintenance staff are trained and developed to achieve the ALMARAI work standards and realize their potential.
- To ensure that adequate supply of chemicals and mechanical spare parts is maintained for operation, breakdowns and general servicing.
- To act as reliever for WT operator and the Water Treatment Engineer to take over the responsibilityof either person during his absence from the job.
- Operation and Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Plant with a capacity 2000 m3/ day.
- Operates, controls, and maintenance of Boiler Feed Water System; such as Water Softener, Deaerator, Chemical Feed System.
- Water test and analysis of condenser and chilled water to determine total dissolved solids, calcium hardness, nitrite content, phosphate and pH.
- Operates, controls, and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis System for Dialysis.
- Responsible in operation and maintenance of Clean Flow System producing DI water and pure water supplied to the production for electroplating and dicing process.
- Responsible in operation and maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Effluent System.
- Responsible in operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Reclaim System.
- Responsible in operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
- Responsible in operation and maintenance of Boiler, Rotating Steam Drier, Heat Exchangers.
