• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review the Tender documents, Scope of works, Bill of Materials, Tender drawings, Instruction to Tenders, Tender check lists, and all requirements received from the client.
• Preparation of measurements and quantity take off/BOM for all Electrical elements (manually, AutoCAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender Bill of Quantities with description.
• Prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the respective vendors and coordinate the Vendor to evaluate the Vendors Technical and commercial offer.
• Assisting in preparation of costs sheets for the received tenders and consolidation of all priced cost sheets into one final bid sheet for approval to Managers and Director.
• On site quantity take off base from actual installation in site.

• Involved in preparation of As-built drawings for submittal.
• Site measurement for the preparation and submission of final qty base from the as-built drawings and actual on site for the final agreement to client.
• Agreement of final account.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review the scope of works and drawings to carry out take offs for material procurement.

•An estimation engineer receives information from relevant sources and estimates sizes and costs of resources and materials necessary to perform a work activity and also discusses job issues with subordinates, peers and superiors.
•Analyze drawing, project documents and specification to prepare accurate and efficient materials and labor estimates on all electrical projects and project related works.
•Assisting in the preparation of Commercial proposal based on the approved costing/bid sheet and for Technical proposal based on the clients requirements.
•Work and communicate within the estimating group.
•Maintain a detailed and accurate understanding of the market sector in respect of pricing levels.
• Prepare cost estimates of materials, labors, and equipment for construction project based on contract bids,
quotations, drawings and specifications.
• Preparing quantity take-offs of all electrical related works based on the client drawing and specifications.
• Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase
components.

• Preventive maintenance of AKT Chemical Vapor Disposition, ATM Robot and ULVAC physical vapor disposition
machine.
• Involved in equipment development, work to incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment, and responsible in the installation and commissioning process.
