DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures that the company's sales forecast is realized through careful planning.
• Countercheck stock position in the computer system versus actual stock prior to allocation.
• Encode the complete material transaction from receiving to issuance thru inventory system.
• Initiate Physical Inventory and assist Warehouse and Dispensing personnel during the count.
• Coordinate and support the Billing Section for invoicing matters

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that the Bulk and Packaging Materials are issued to production based on production schedule ensuring timeliness and accuracy at all times.
• To check regularly the Production Schedule as a guide in dispensing and delivery.
• Provides reports/information regarding warehouse activities.

Time and Motion Study, Line Balancing, Physical Inventory, Forecasting and Planning, Warehousing activities and supervising the line, Documentation and Logistics.
Working knowledge of EPIC. CPS2 (Comprehensive Pharmaceutical System), ERIC, which stands for Enterprise Resource Information and Control- ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) .MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) MS Excel ( spreadsheet application, calculation, graphs, pivot tables)
