• Build relationships with the key positions in Maintenance and Operations with a focus on the collaboration between work groups.

•Attend Leadership Team meetings with Operations and Maintenance when required.

•Manage the APLNG Downstream out of hour’s on call system.

•Manage the requirements of Internal Control Standards and SOX requirements and other policy procedural documents.

• SAP-IM, RM, QA, MRP systems Tools and WMS Inventory systems management.

•Review and perform Personal Management Profiles for Supervisors mid year and end of year. Provide valid feedback an support to Team members on KPI's, Developmental Goals and individual development plans.
