 Employed as an ER Charge Nurse in a tertiary hospital accredited by JCI, CAP, ISO, TEMOS and Medical Travel Certified with a 350 bed capacity state of the art facility.
 Responsible for seeing that all patients receive a systematic initial and ongoing assessment of their physical and psycho-social status, specific to their age.
 Collaborates with other health team members to assess patient/family education and discharge planning needs.
 Demonstrates leadership and priority setting skills in the coordination of administrative and patient care responsibilities for assigned shift.
 Recognizes and anticipates problems and needs of Emergency Room Nursing unit including nursing staff and patients for appropriate intervention.
