• Directly responsible for the supervision of 55 production and maintenance technicians in a 135K sq-ft. lean manufacturing facility, which annually & safely produces 1.3 billion quality cartons for Coca-Cola, INBEV, Pepsi, Miller, Anheuser-Busch, and the world’s other major beverage makers
• Hand-picked by Division Six Sigma Master Black Belt to lead company’s first-ever Lean/Six Sigma Deep Dive, which quickly implemented original Standard Work and Process Confirmation procedures. In just 3 months, production line change-over times plummeted by one standard deviation, and controllable waste decreased by over 16%.
• Reorganized and streamlined production workflow, resulting in annual continuous improvement savings of over $2.4M
• Increased focus on quality by executing new inspection practices for finished goods line operators. In 2010, this resulted in a 41% decrease in defects per million opportunities, as well as a 5% decrease in customer complaints.

• Performed delivery order management for WR-ALC Air Force Special Operations/Combat Search & Rescue Command. Adeptly supervised operations over multiple subcontractors on contracts totaling over $5 million. Exceeded Government standards by timely completion of contract goals within projected budgets.
• Sole manager of security operations for a Top Secret facility. Maintained over 80 personnel clearances to ensure seamless support of classified contracts. Received high accolades on every Government Security inspection.
• Ethics Officer in charge of creating and implementing over 20 modules of ethics training for over 140 personnel across the United States. Absolute Zero ethical incidents during tenure.
• As Environmental Health & Safety Officer, developed first-ever fire and emergency procedures for entire company. Also created Business Continuity Plan to allow for continued Government and employee support in the event of natural disasters or local terrorist incidents.

• Supervised over 300 highly skilled Combat Logistics Support Squadron logistics technicians, who executed aircraft battle damage repair, supply/transportation augmentation, and contingency functions during wartime.
• Managed the Surveillance Radar, Specialist, and Sortie Generation Flights, respectively. Led production efforts of over 350 maintenance specialists performing repairs on the Air Force’s $8.4B fleet of 28 E-3 surveillance aircraft.
• Managed propeller overhaul of 1, 500 Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, and Foreign Military Sales C-130 aircraft. Also directed a depot repair section, which carried out sheet metal restoration of all Air Force F-15, C-130, and C-141 aircraft.
