• Create new user(s) and its access rights in ORION E.R.P
• Provide Report(s) based on request using SQL through TOAD for data analysis purposes.
• Do all POS setups for every new POS location to be open.
• Monitor the database backup and ensure the backup is working fine by importing its dump file and use it as test environment database.
• Extend support to all users of ORION E.R.P. and its POS application when any issue has been encountered.
• Daily checking of ORION E.R.P Backed-up file and ensure that backup has been completed with no error.
• Import the backup of ORION E.R.P in scheduled basis to ensure that backup is working fine and use the data for testing environment.
• Do month/Year closing for Operation and Finance Transactions of ORION E.R.P. Database.
• Provide support to Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 end user for both POS and Back office application by analyzing and providing solution for the error(s) encountered.
• Create Roles, Duty, Privileges and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 2012 and provide necessary Access Rights to users according to their requirement.
• Submit the summarized daily sales report through email to managers regarding the status of POS sessions closing and sales data.
• Perform other functions and duties as required by management.
• Responsible for the implementation of Offline POS database that integrates to the Host Server in scheduled basis. POS Offline implementation is consist of installation of Oracle11g in windows OS flat form, configuration of necessary module for user as well as training to the assigned staff to utilize the installed POS.
• Record and print guidelines and solutions for the end users if necessary.
• Provide Reports using TOAD and SQL scripts as per the request of Brand Managers, Internal/External Auditor and colleagues.
• Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
• Assist Operational departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.
• Assist Database Administrator for customization of application and reports.
• Support Database Administrator on ORION ERP security and permissions for ERP users.
• Collaborate with ORION database administrator to test patches given by software vendor and ensure that given software is working fine.
• Identify and record systems issues and inform Database Administrator or Software Vendor.
• Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
• Do month and yearly closing of fiscal year.
• Monitor and identify problem(s) in E.R.P. system in daily basis.
• Identify and solve hardware/software related issues encountered in POS/Office Computers, Printers, Laptops, Barcode Scanner, Barcode Printers etc..
• Assist Finance and Operational departments in various projects to improve productivity of business processes.
• Monitoring the performance of all servers (Domain Controller, Mail, Proxy and Terminal) and see to it that all are functioning properly to its normal functions.
• Daily checking of all Backed-up files in the servers.
• Coordinate with the suppliers of Computer Hardwares/Softwares and follow-up for the orders.
• Provide all requirements when there is new shop to be open from purchasing of Computer Hardware, Installing of necessary software and up to installation of Computer in the shops.
• Solving of all problem(s) encountered by all users on ERP Software Package ‘ORION’ or ask suggestion/support from Systems’ Provider when major issues encountered.
• Preparing Reports as per the request of Brand Manager’s needs for the purpose of checking their stocks or sales.
• Creating or updating existing SQL based scripts of Oracle Discoverer software package to get the desired report requested by any of the staff.
• Give support to all company LAN or WAN users whenever they have problem encountered for both hardware and software issue.
• Check all office computers to ensure that antivirus installed on each PC are updated up to the latest update to avoid virus attack that could damage the files.
• Provide all reports requested by External Auditor for the yearly inventory.
• Do month and year closing of fiscal year.
• Perform other functions and duties as required by management.
● Provide technical solution for LAN and WAN staff users whenever problem(s) encountered.
● Providing Sales/Stocks report to Management thru Oracle Discover software.
● Create basic SQL Script and give to colleague to facilitate work.
● Process inventory and finalize result to be given to Auditor and to the management.
● Received Commercial Invoice from Purchase Department and feed into Data Base using ORION Data Base software which was running thru Oracle with windows flat form.
● Give support to shops’ user to understand how the system works and how to solve problem(s) encountered in sales invoices and sales returns transaction.
• Supervising and distributing documents for key entry to data encoder.
• Operates equipments according to program routines, subroutines and data requirements specified in written operating instructions.
• Storing/Baking-up of files through the use of secondary storage devices such as, floppy disk or Magnetic Tape.
• Does the final taping for the job scheduled for shipment.
• Analyze data entry procedures and suggests improvements to make system more efficient.
• Assign jobs to Data Encoders, Handles tutorial type training of Data Entry Operators with emphasis on time saving techniques, quality checks, speed and accuracy. Implements the guidelines issued by Project Analysis Supervisor on a particular project.
• Evaluates and recommend the performance of each operator.
