Landscape construction and supervision such as planting of turf, trees, palms, shrubs, ground cover, seasonal flower and receipt of landscape material. Softscape earthwork, excavation, soil mixing, backfilling and final finish supervision. Irrigation network installation and supervision such as main, secondary & lateral lines, sprinkler, bubbler, drip lines, gate valves, solenoid valve, quick coupler, air relief valve, and irrigation controller. Irrigation main and secondary line hydro pressure test preparation and supervision. Irrigation network earthwork, excavation, installation, and backfilling supervision. Landscape and irrigation material inspection and checking on delivery to site and during installation. Carrying out soil compaction, landscape retaining wall, and backfilling works. Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, any requests for information relating to the landscaping, irrigation and associated works. Check variance in form and quality of work and advise corrective measures. Providing assistance and daily work progress to the Landscape Construction Manager and other colleagues. Attending weekly progress and technical meetings. Preparation of progress reports and technical reports. Monitoring site activities for conformance with approved plans, specifications, and standards including hard landscaping, soft landscaping, and irrigation networks.
Landscape Construction. Responsible in supervising landscape foreman, irrigation plumbers and gardeners in their day to day landscape and irrigation works which involves the following but not limited to: site clearing and preparation, mobilization of manpower, landscape materials, tools and equipments, excavation of trench for the irrigation pipes installation, solenoid and gate valves assembly, sprinklers, bubblers and drippers installation, irrigation controller and wire installation, concrete and masonry works, irrigation pipe pressure testing, irrigation pump and accessories installation, sweet soil, peat moss and organic fertilizer mixing, soil mix backfilling, delivery and planting of trees, palms, shrubs, ground covers and seasonal flowers, testing and commissioning and up to the final handing over of the project. Also involve in the 400 days landscape maintenance of finished projects which also includes the following works: Removal, Replacement and Planting of Seasonal Flowers, Hedge Clipping/ Trimming of Shrubs; Grass Cutting; Tree Pruning; Flower, Ground Cover and Shrub Bed Maintenance; Landscape Garbage Collection and Disposal; Dried Palm Fronds Removal; Trees, Shrubs, Palms and Lawn Fertilizer Application; Grass Scarifying, Verticutting, Aeration, Top Dressing and Reseeding; Plants Cultivation; Plant Diseases and Pest Control; Automatic Irrigation System Inspection, Maintenance and Repair; Programming and Troubleshooting of Irrigation Controllers.
Supervising landscape contractor on their daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly task list. To make sure that the planned landscape and irrigation maintenance schedule are properly followed and implemented at the right place and at the right time. To satisfy the client by following the company's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Policy.
Responsible in supervising and handling gardeners and irrigation plumbers in maintaining Palace Landscapes which includes Hedge Clipping/ Trimming; Grass Cutting; Tree Pruning; Flower, Ground Cover and Shrub Bed Maintenance; Landscape Garbage Collection and Disposal; Dried Palm Fronds Removal; Trees, Shrubs, Palms and Lawn Fertilizer Application; Grass Aeration and Reseeding; Plants Cultivation; Plant Disease and Pest Control; Automatic Irrigation Inspection, Maintenance and Repair; Programming and Troubleshooting of Irrigation Controllers.
Responsible in receiving, expediting and accounting incoming raw materials, spare parts, machines, printed circuit boards, substrates, wafers, leadframes, goldwires, and other materials needed in the production of chips and other electronic parts.
Responsible in the study, research and evaluation of climatological data prior to the feasibility study, design, cost estimates and implementation of irrigation projects in a certain place in the region.
Helps the Municipal Engineer in the evaluation, preparation, design, implementation and supervision of Municipal and Barangay projects. Also helps the Municipal Engineer in preparing documents for building permits and clearances.
College Degree: Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering. A five(5) year course Major in General Agricultural Engineering.
