Creating and carrying out test procedures.
To check electrical wiring and motor connection to ensure safety and to avoid
electrical short circuits.
Ensuring that equipments work to its specification.
Troubleshoots and diagnosing problems encountered during testing of equipments.
To prepare reports and documentations.
To install the control system, breakers, terminal blocks, relays, contactors, fuses,
switches, grounding strips and metering inside the control panel.
To check all parameters needed for other purposes.
To pull, arrange and terminate according to the usage of each cable.
To install limit switches, safety door locks, motor drives, signal lights, alarms, rotary
handles and monitors.
To trouble-shoot technical problems of the machine encountered during testing and
commissioning.
(QA/QC-Projects), is responsible to coordinate with quality
inspection at site, coordinate with all receipt inspection, distribute relevant QA/QC
documentation, and ensure all quality control documentation is complied. Control all
nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action, monitor the
implementation of the approved site QC plan. Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
and assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are at current
status. To ensure QA/QC is being maintained in all phases of project implementation.
To prepare Input/output summary according to the requirements needed of
equipment like, AHU, Chiller, Chilled Water Pump, FCU, etc.
To select controllers according to the used points and spare points needed in each
Data Gathering Panel (DGP).
To select field devices like, DPS, Valve and Valve actuator, Temperature sensor, Flow
switch, Water level sensors, Damper actuators, etc.
Prepare quotations and Bill of quantities.
To prepare design for Data Gathering Panel (DGP), Network diagram, BMS control
diagram, and wiring diagram.
Project/Site Engineer shall be responsible for planning resources, formulating
project, organizing project staff according to project requirements, directing day-to-
day activities at the site, preparing interim progress reports and project completion
reports, coordinating with client and reporting to project manager.
Ensure Projects Division activities comply with relevant PD procedures and Station QA
requirements.
Monitor compliance of site activities with written requirements.
Carryout reviews of PD and Contractor plans, policies and procedures.
Reviewing, commenting on and assisting with the mark-up of quality plans, quality programmers
and Project Definition Documents, as part of PD processes.
Assist in maintaining Contractor Quality Assurance arrangements.
Reviewing QA aspects of the Contractor and Site Contracting Partner work specifications.
Monitor and support change management, for example technical queries and concessions.
of MCC panel shall be responsible of checking electrical
wiring of panels, size of wire, breaker, fuses, relays, contactors, timers, labels,
ducting, signal lamp, selector switches, metering devices, wiring connections and
terminations. Also responsible to ensure the best quality of the products to exceeds
the expectations of costumers. Quality Control engineer shall be responsible of
testing of MCC panel before it will deliver to the costumers to ensure all devices are
working properly and all in good conditions.
