Responsibilities assigned:
• Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktops, laptops, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
• Assists in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources
• Installation, maintaining and updating of softwares and antivirus packages
• Installation, managing and maintaining the Desktops, Laptops & Windows Servers.
• Installation, configuring and maintaining of Local & Network Printers and Plotters
• Installation, configuring and maintaining of switches, access points, modems and routers including cable management, documentation, labeling.
• Develops, maintains and monitors procedures for all users and server backups
• Performs On-site & Remote Technical Support to various departments and site offices.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, troubleshoot, diagnose and solve the system/network and hardware/software faults
• Attend the Management & Client meetings.
