•Role: Project Manager.

•Description: Administration Offices for a Factory in 10th Of Ramadan City with all civil and finishing work including Electromechanical work with Total Using Area 360m2
•Role: Project Manager.

•Description: Packing Plant area 40000m2 Including Main Hall covered with steel structure (out of scope) area 19000m2 and several services building and underground water tank 450m3 including infrastructure for all networks.
•Role: Construction Manager
•Responsibility : Coordinating Civil Work with electromechanical work, following up shop drawing for approval and submittal, supervising team work and increasing skills, Following up purchasing orders and Material delivery and approvals, following up work progress regarding time table and contractor progress, following up material credit in warehouse, creating suitable reporting system for ensuring the efficiency of communication plan, Monitoring contractors invoices, Monitoring scope of work providing scope creep, Directly reporting to project manager.

Responsibility: arranging tasks between team work, monitoring man power for contractors, following up time table, supervising activities, following up inspection requests progress and responding to any site instructions, ensuring approval for materials before executing, supervising activities sequences, ensuring working from approval shop drawings, submitting daily report.

•Description: High Rise Building 20th Floor Including 2 basement Garage and 3 floors commercials with total using area 44000 m2 all Fit Out.
•Role: Site Engineer.
•Responsibility: recording daily activity in details, supervising activates like blockwork and plastering, quantity surveying, supervising labors productivity, supervising transferring materials between floors, creating shop drawings for electrical and pluming work, ensuring delivered materials for specs, submitting daily report to construction manager.

Upgrading and maintenance for all rooms and utility buildings including upgrading for infrastructure network.
•Role: Site Engineer.
•Responsibility: redrawing all underground network (as built), supervising upgrading activities, recording all issues for technical solutions from consultant, recording daily activities, supervising labors work and equipment, following up consultant recommendation executing specially electromechanical work, supervising insulation work for underground water tank and swimming pool, submitting daily report directly

Player Olympic Village Accommodation Hotel.
•Description: Player Accommodation Hotel in Olympic Village. 120 accommodation rooms and swimming pool including hard and soft scape.
•Role: Site Engineer.
•Responsibility: supervising activities, following up labors work, recording material delivery, quantity surveying, surveying work, calculating contractor invoices, recording daily progress, submitting shop drawings, supervising and recording equipment work progress.
