Job responsibilit included but not limitted to conduct and follow up the 3rd party product certification. Follow up the certification from USGBC, Educate and Implement The ISO and OHSAS. Study and report to the management about the quality issues and quality procedures. control the quality of the raw material and finished product . And other QC related activities.
Responsible for Planning and execution of Breakdown and preventive maintenance of Machineries. Hand on experience in the maintenance of Hydraulic press boilers and generators, Internal Rubber mixers, Mills, Calendar, Compressor and water treatment plant. Provide Engineering solutions for improve the productivity by upgrading the machineries. Prepare the Yearly maintenance budget. ISO implementation within the department. Reporting to Plant Manager.
