Strategy Development & Cost Analysis
• Develop community development projects in collaboration with USAID Contracting Office Technical Representative (COTR), Field Program Officers (DFPOs), Provincial Reconstruction Teams (PRTS) and other US/NATO/ISAF military contingents
• Identify and leverage program interdependencies to ensure synergy between the projects to promote benefits realization across the region

• Coordinated the activities of construction managers and contractors while planned, developed and tracked project budgets for multi-family residential, garage and commercial construction projects
