•Thermocouple monitoring for massive concrete to determine the maximum and minimum temperature and the difference between two point (max-min) of mass concrete.
•FRESH CONCRETE: Conducted and prepared trial mix design needed for the projects, performed test such as slump test, air content, unit weight and yield, bleeding test, penetration tests to determine the initial and final setting time of concrete and casting cube and cylinder samples and other incidental and related tests.
•HARDENED CONCRETE: Crushing of cube and cylinder samples, water absorption test and Pull-off test and other incidental and related tests.
•Performs laboratory analysis as per the approved standard operation procedures. Comply with the quality control programs designed to monitor the quality performance of the laboratory system, and laboratory instruments.
•Control and monitor of fresh and hardened concrete in the respective station. Conduct quality control inspection related to fresh concrete, hardened concrete.
•To assist quality control engineer for monitoring works.

•Hot Mix Asphalt:t), aggregate sieve(washed), preparing marshall sample, marshall stability and flow test, retained stability test, drilling cores for density testing, bulk specific gravity of compacted mixtures, (Gmb), maximum specific gravity of bituminous paving mixtures (Gmm) and other incidental and related tests.
•ASPHALT Superpave ( Gyratory Method ):
Conducted and prepared asphalt mix design (Gyratory-Superpave method) needed for the projects.
•Aggregates:
Performed tests from the hot bins such as sieve analysis, bulk specific gravity, Gsb, apparent specific gravity, Gsa, water absorption, Pbw, coarse aggregate angularity (CAA), fine aggregate angularity (FAA), flat and elongated particles, sand equivalent, soundness, deleterious materials, toughness (LA abrasion).
• Hot Mix Asphalt:
Sampling of hot mix asphalt, determination of bituminous asphalt content (Extraction test), aggregate sieve (washed), evaluation of strength and moisture sensitivity (Tensile Strength Ratio TSR) and drilling cores for density testing:
•Monitors the progress of works at the jobsite of the company’s projects (concrete pouring for concreting works, base preparations for road constructions). These are to make sure that proper construction procedures are followed;
•Ensure that the materials and soil on the job site meet the standards required by the engineering plan.

•AGGREGATES: Conducted tests for aggregate to be used for concrete such as sieve analysis, moisture content determination, materials finer than the #200 sieve, computation of fineness modulus, sand equivalent, specific gravity and absorption, clay lump, soundness, abrasion test, unit weight (rodded, loose and jigging mass determination), elongation index, flakiness index, organic impurities, and all other tests necessary for the acceptance of the materials being tested.
• FRESH CONCRETE: Conducted and prepared trial mix design needed for the projects, performed test such as slump test, air content, unit weight and yield, bleeding test, penetration tests to determine the initial and final setting time of concrete and casting cylinder and beam samples and other incidental and related tests.
