• Assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary, ambulating, turning positioning patients and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Providing adjunct care by administering enemas, Dorchester, non-sterile dressing, surgical preparation, ice packs, sitz and therapeutic baths; and applying restraints.
• Maintains patients’ stability by checking stability vital signs and weight. Testing urine and recording intake and output information.
• Provides patients comforts, transporting patients, answering patients call light and request and reporting observations of patients to nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, forms, report logs and records.
• Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
• Protects organisation’s value by keeping patients’ information confidential.
• Serves and protect the hospital community standard, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state and local requirement.
