KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)
• IT Recruitment & Selection-Getting the requirements, Sourcing, Head hunting, Campus Recruitment, Interviewing, Salary Negotiation & issuing Offer Letter (Complete Recruitment Cycle)
• Successfully Recruited for in-house projects for clients (Naylor, Nielsen, Penton, Ameritox, Prometheus, Ziff Davis, Bausch & Lomb)
• Induction Process / Joining Formalities/ Exit Formalities- New Joinee Kit, Induction & Orientation, Appointment Letter, E-mail ID creation, work station allocation, Exit Interviews & Relieving Letter.
• News Letter- New Joinee Mailer, News, Birthday & Anniversary celebration and other celebrations.
• Payroll- Attendance, CL adjustments, Biometric discrepancy, extra hours, special cases, payroll issues, payroll processing and handing over to accounts department.
• Celebrations- Birthdays, Anniversaries, parties, movies, outings & any other celebrations.
• Rewards & Recognition- Employee of the Month and other rewards and recognition.
• Co-ordination with other departments( Admin, IT, software, Accounts & CPLC)
• Training & Development- Providing Training to the new employees/existing employees on business demands, identifying training needs etc.
• Policy Making- Making new policies/introducing new policies & getting the approval from management.
• Grievance Handling- The grievances of the employees are related to the contract, work rule or regulation, policy or procedure, health and safety regulation, wage, bonus, etc.
• Employee Relations- Maintaining employer-employee relationships, preventing and resolving problems involving individuals which arise out of or affect work situations.
• Employee Retention- Retaining employees by providing extra benefits, understanding the reason for resigning, making them understand about the career plans etc.
• MIS Reports- Sending reports to the Management for HR activities, Team Reports & Recruitment Status Report
KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)
• Obtaining the manpower requisition from the customer (Group Company) on the proper format. Check the approval for the man power. Prepare the interview plans and programs based on the priority of companies and positions for the approval of the group head.
• Execute the interview plans by working with the recruitment team and hiring managers. Communicating with the hiring managers well in advance about the forthcoming recruitment plans.
• Executing the plans by providing the resources from job portals, consultants, references, recruitment drives campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, and advertisements. Checking the job description and the specifications and comparing the resumes received from EHIRE (Internal Job Portal), job portals and the consultants before discussing the profile with the hiring manager.
• Coordinating with the placement officers for Campus Recruitment from premier institutes (IIT’s & IIM’s).
• Improving the search- ability of the Recruitment Executives, by focusing on quality of resumes and checking the best fit for each position.
• Managing the team of Recruiters and guiding them when required in fitment and closure issues.
• Continuously checking and updating the open positions posted on the job site for its correctness and timeliness. Coordinating the interview program at any of the locations as per the requirements. Negotiating with the candidates during the time of offer and judging the best fit.
• Local and International Interaction with recruitment agencies to create Business Succession Planning.
• Act as Ambassador to external units (Universities, Recruitment agencies, Candidates) and PR through advertising.
• Sourcing resumes for IT & Non-IT requirements across all Business lines through various channels like, searching through Job Portals, References, Database, Newspaper Advertisement & Job posting etc.
• Interacting with Affiliates for International Recruitments.
• Taking the prelim Interview & Salary Negotiation with the Candidates
• Local and Overseas recruitment through manpower agencies/jobsites & references.
• Getting candidates through Job Portals, AD, Job Postings, Agencies & Head Hunting.
• Taking Care of joining formalities of the Employees.
• Co-ordination with the new jonnies of the internal employee.
• Issuing the Offer Letter and explain the salary details.
• Handling Exit Interview & final settlement.
• Taking care of the entire In-house Recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to offer letter.
• Getting new clients for the company, understanding the requirements etc.
• Prepare job descriptions for recruitment positions.
• Understand from the Line Managers the skills required for the particular position, and draft the job descriptions accordingly.
• Non-IT Recruitments includes Sales Associates, Business Developments Managers, Sales Managers, CRM Managers, CRM Project Managers, Tele Sales Managers, Operations Managers and Team Leaders etc.
• Conduct HR interviews of the candidates. Check for behavioral skills - teamwork, motivation, leadership, problem solving qualities.
• Negotiate salary and other offer terms with selected candidates.
• Maintaining contact with the selected candidates till they join
• Taking care of joining formalities and briefing of new Joinees.
• Handling a Team & Achieving own Targets
• Taking interviews and Responsible for Full life cycle of Recruitment Process to fulfill Automobile, Telecom, BPO, Call Centre Domestic & International & also in different sectors like FMCG, Software Marketing, Engineering, Health Care, Hotels, IT Companies( Maruti, Hyundai Motors, HCL, NIIT Technologies, Kean, Microsoft, IBM, TCS, Hewitt, Espire etc.)Insurance, Securities and also Top Managerial Levels in Top Companies, staffing requirements for clients.
• Also involved in Business Development & Account Management.
• Getting New Clients, interacting with them regarding the Requirements & sending candidates as per the Requirement.
• Understanding the requirements of the clients.
• Preparing Job Analysis for all requirements received from different Clients
• Screening resumes from the personal database and from job portals like Naukri.com, monster.com, Timesjobs.com etc.
• Screening the resumes from the Internet Resources.
