General Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accurate preparation and reporting of monthly financial reports in strict accordance with company deadlines.
2. Finalizing end of year statutory accounts report by specified date and presenting to the Supervisor and Managers for review.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements.
4. Ensure effective monitoring in database of Accounts Receivables.
5. Ensure accurate monitoring in database of Accounts Payable
6. Ensure reconciliation of transactions of all company’s settlement is timely and accurately accounted for
7. Ensure system control and internal control and procedures are in place.
8. Ensure the correctness of adjusting entries and Subsidiary/General ledger are properly accounted for.
9. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities of SL/GL accounts.
10. Handles processing, verification and give resolution of customer’s complaints from call center, branches and other units.
11. Performs User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement and newly product and services prior to fix in production.
12. Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
13. Safe keeping of all pertinent report, database, and files or documents in store room.
Essential Function:
Responsible in checking correctness, adequacy and completeness of documents prior to processing, recording of financial transactions in accordance with existing policies and guidelines and ensuring transactions/accounts are properly and appropriately stated.
General Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily updating passbook account of the company.
2. Monthly reconciliation of fund transfer (Book-to-Bank).
3. Daily tagging of Issued Checks.
4. Monthly clearing of Issued Checks.
5. Semi-monthly recording of Physical Inventory counts.
6. Monthly recording a newly acquired Fixed Assets and Non-Fixed assets.
7. Monthly preparation of Lapsing (depreciation) Schedule of fixed assets.
8. Performs adjusting entries and ensure SL/GL are accounted for.
9. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
