Job and Description on Office:
➢ Interpret and follow Company tendering procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met including relevant discipline codes and standards.
➢ Review tender enquiry and project documents to prepare technical and commercial bids.
➢ Review draft tender documents to ensure all components of the tender are included.
➢ Prepare tender documentation queries to consultants, customers and clients to confirm and collect any missing data.
➢ Prepare technical proposal documents, equipment schedule, and other related reports.
➢ Develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labor calculations for final bid review and approval.
➢ Interpret and review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification.
➢ Review Bill of Quantities against system drawings, identify materials types and quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation.
➢ Prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipments and evaluate same against tender specifications.
➢ Manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications.
➢ Build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and co-worker.
➢ Able to estimates design and build situation for bidding.
➢ Knowledge of calculating capacity of equipments such fans, pumps cooling towers, chillers, air handling units, fresh air handling units, VAV boxes, plate heat exchangers and also pipe sizing and duct sizing.
