Responsible for over all functioning and delivearbles of finance department and reporting directly to CFO, CEO and representatives of Board of Directors
Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly separate and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS
Preparation of Board packs for BOD meetings
Preparation of annual report and all related contents (Director’s Reports etc)
Preparation of halfyearly and quarterly reports to be circulated to shareholders
Overall responsibility of General Ledger (GL), Accounts payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA) and Inventory
Resposibility of yearly and halfyearly audit
Monthly financial statement analysis
Making feasibilities and analyzing different business options
Continous monitoring of entire finance operations for compliance with IFRS and other related laws and regulations.
Handling income and sales tax matters in conjunction with tax department of the company
Handling corporate issues with SECP and KSE in conjunction with legal department of the comapny
