• Provide secretarial support to the Manager which includes reminder of meetings and appointments
• Receive and screen visitors, telephone calls, requests and handling them in an appropriate manner.
• Prepare inquiries and purchase orders to suppliers.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, statement of accounts to prospective and valued clients, contractors and consultants.
• In-charge of materializing technical submittals of proposed materials for projects submitted to consultants for approval.
• Prepare letters, correspondence, memo and emails.
• Prepare monthly general and petty cash expense report.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors/management.
• Responsible for all the functions of the gate from issuing tickets, boarding passes to handling ticket changes, rebooking, boarding and releasing the flights while providing professional customer service to each customer.
• Answer customer questions and provide assistance based on each customer's needs and requests by brand in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.

• Strong knowledge of rules and regulations, internal policies and procedures of the company ensuring that it is implemented, well taken and followed.

• Responsible of encoding, filing and organizing office documents and office communications.
• In-charge of issuance of mobile handsets, SIM cards, and mobile accessories for SME sales using SAP program.
• Assist in the daily stock inventories and monitoring.
• Answer phone calls and reroute them to concerned unit/department.

• Analyze encoded documents and validate errors before endorsing to the validation department for the final process.
• Assist walk-in clients and answer all their queries regarding products, services, promos, and new offerings. Promote and introduce new company products & services.
• Process sales transactions for walk-in customers and agents/dealers, quote price, receive payments through cash/credit cards/cheques.
• Provide answers, closes sales, and offer solutions to clients through call-outs or face-to-face transaction.
• Prepare daily sales report and cash count.
• In charge of stock inventory and monitoring.
