• To answer to all incoming calls;
• To take guest requests and distribute them to another departments;
• To perform all calls to wake up guests;
• To receive and send faxes to guests;
• To take and send messages for guests
• To be aware about hotel’s rates and room categories;
• To have full information about occupancy of the hotel, arrivals and departures of the guests;
• To replace employees of the Business Center;
• Printing of newspapers or the guests;
• To know about software, Opera System, electronic devices, paging system;
• Responsible for handling guest’s comlaints and reporting them to Management.
Receiving cash from restaurants and bars.
