• Here I am responsible for sample development and on receipt of order fabric & Trims order placement
• Approving strike offs, Lab-Dips, Photo Samples and Pre-Production Samples.
• Follow up for the updated T&A from the major suppliers
• Review the T&A and revert with comments wherever there is a concern of delivery
• If there is a major slide in the delivery, rework with supplier and see for the possibilities of reducing the delay.
• Incase if there are no possibilities of improvement of the delivery, impose discount basing the length of delay
• Keep informed the buying team about the order status and the discounts if imposed
• Verify the inspection folders and release it to the inspection centre/QA concerned
• Keep the system updated with the amendments in the price and quantity of the goods shipped
• Keep the reporting manager informed about the regular statistics
• Co ordinate with the production technicians for the inline inspections
• Co ordinate with the QAM for the 3rd Party inspections
• Commercial approvals of the submissions from the bulk
• follow up of the return orders till they get cleared in the 3rd party inspection or 2nd inspection
• Need to make sure the orders are on time and keep complete track of the orders to meet buyer delivery dates
