•Construction of 33/ 11 KV Package Unit substations and associated cable works for three projects (A 11180, A 11182 & A 11184) under the contract A 3746, at different areas of Al Ain.
Job Responsibilities:
•Coordination and Management of all construction activities.
•Liaise with Client and coordinate with other stakeholders.
•Review and recommend for approval of Contractors’ shop drawing, material submittals
Method Statements, ITP etc and confirms conformance to the project specifications.
•Review and approve contractor’s Inspection Request (IR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
•Review and recommend for approval for contractor’s Joint Measurement Sheet (JMS), RCDR and
Monthly payment etc.
•Review of Contractor’s weekly and monthly progress report and notifying them in writing
for any delays with respect to Project schedules and construction schedules.
•Review of Contractor’s weekly and Monthly HSE report and monitoring site safety works.
•Supervising and coordinating with all site supervision staff in all disciplines.
•Monitoring the quality control at site and issuing Site Memo’s and Non conformance Report (NCR)
to the contractor in case if the executed works found not complying with approved design/ specifications.
