Worked in Ministry of Water and Electricity of Buridah (Water treatment and sanitation project) During my job I was responsible for the operation and maintenance of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) for all the Electrical Problems STP consist of Screw pumps, Aerators, Lift Stations, Thinkers, Decenter and Dryer, I have performed the testing of Motors coupled with Gear Box I have performed the insulation test (Meager Test) Continuity test to check the Stator housing winding of the Motor, after scheduled maintenance of the motor I have done the motor connection in star delta and direct on line and vfd and soft starter. I have Good experience for the operation of motors and pumps using the soft starter and VFD (ABB, Schneider, Leory Sommer, Siemens ), trouble shooting of VFD and Soft starter using the starter panel set the different parameters for the smooth operation of pumps and motors. Control panel used for the operation of pumps and motors I trouble shoot the panels using the single line diagram. Operation and maintenance of the Gen sets Kohler, Mitsubishi, Cummins, CAT using the Gen set controller, I set the different parameters like voltage adjustment, Frequency setting, setting of high voltage protection, over current protection under current protection. Gen sets are synchronized, comap controller is used for the synchronization of gen set, I have perform the Manual and auto synchronization, I perform the trouble shooting of Main control panel and distribution panels, MCCB circuit breaker is used for the distribution used for the utility, I trouble shoot the main circuit breaker, and distribution panel using the single line diagram. I lead the team for the schedule maintenance of Gen sets as per the vendor recommendations. Aumma Actuators are used for the operation of gate valves. I have good experience for the operation of actuator, and all the electrical connection of the actuator. Decenter and dryer are used for the final process of Sludge; this machine used the automatic controller for the operation of this machine. There is sludge feed pump for the decenter and dryer control panels are used for the operation of these feed pumps, I operate and did the trouble shooting of these panels. There are 13 lift stations used for the pumping of sewage water to treatment plant. Submersible pumps used for the pumping are FLYGT, KSB, ABS, I have experience for the configuration of mass unit controller, I operate and trouble shootthe controller used for the operation of these pumps, there is a range of pumps from 8KW to 750 KW of pumps. i used the single line diagram provided from ministry to operate the pumpsin sequence and auto mode. Dismantling of old panels and installation of new panels and their configuration with SCADA system for the monitoring of all station Remotely. I lead the electrical team for the installation of new panels, I lead the team and make daily schedule for the Plant marks given by ministry. I rectify the comments within the given time.
