يتم اخذ الملابس من النزلاء بواسطه الموظف المختص ويتم سؤال النزيل على نوع الخدمه (خدمه سريعه او خدمه عادية ) ثم بعد ذالك يتم نظافةالملابس وكيها (ويتم الاشراف على كل خطوه من خطاوات الغسيل والكى ) بواسطة مشرف الوردية
