Project: SAP Upgrade, Modification and Support.
•Capital Tool & Design (CTD) is a $400 million multinational automotive company manufacturing automotive brake parts. It is a market leader in North America and Europe.
•As SAP Director primary responsibility was to revive a failed SAP (4.6C) implementation. Successfully managed the “Re-Implementation” of SAP in 5 months. Managed implementation of Mobile Data Collection Project employing Psion Teklogix’s TekRF RF Solution. Budget of USD250K and Team size 7. Designed, developed and managed Disaster Recovery plan and procedure for SAP.
•Environment: SAP R/3 4.6C on WIN2000 Server and MSSQL.
Project: SAP Support Package Upgrade, Support and Warehouse Solution Rollout
•Apotex is the largest Canadian Pharmaceutical Company.
•As a Principal consultant provided 3rd. level support to around 400 users in SD, MM and WM. Was responsible for writing functional specs for special enhancements/modifications and for coordinating developments with ABAPers.
•As Project Manager managed Support package upgrade. Also managed expansion of warehouse and rollout of solution to one new warehouse. This involved SAP Console and integrating with Intermec RF devices.
•Environment: SAP R/3 4.6C on WIN2000 and MSSQL (Cluster Server)
