Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage architectural details as and when required for
execution of works. Leads in architectural meeting and reviews
all relevant Engineering Submissions.
• Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues,
concerns, updates etc.
• Assist in developing / updating standard operating procedures
for all discipline operational activities.
• Building strong relationship by addressing client issues,
complaints, and modifications in co-ordination with Project
disciplines in a timely manner.
• Attends progress review meetings, Technical workshops, and
co-ordination meetings to lead and assist in resolving any site
issues such as discrepancies, sequence, and execution methods.
• Manage work assignments and allocation for staff.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational
procedures and activities.
• Conduct performance review and providing performance
feedback.
• Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all
engineering and execution functions.
• Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural
materials are following approved material submittals. Issues all
architectural correspondences.
• Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site.
• Provide support to Project Managers to ensure projects run
smoothly by providing expert knowledge and advice.
Leading Al-JAMEEL main contracting Dpt. /Project team.
• Managing co-ordination of partners and working contractors in
the project.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan/
schedule.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing project scope and variation control, escalating issues
where necessary.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Reporting & Managing the Provision of progress & regular status
reports.
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior
management/Consultant.
• Managing consultancy input / Output.
• Handling approvals of the design specification.
• Technically Working closely with sub-contractors to ensure the
project meets client needs/standards.
Leading the Dpt. Team through
• Project management role and technical duties.
• Technical support to implementation phases and project
management dpt.
• Reporting and managing schedules /job progress for meeting
deadlines.
• Managing of Full Tender Drawings and documents Package.
• Handling Preparation of Detailed B.O.Q.s and estimated Cost
reports.
• Coordination and contribution with departments progress,
including MEP.
• Interacting with Clients through Handling meetings and support.
• Handling site surveys and inspection reports.
• Managing Full concept schematic designs.
• Building architecture identities services for our clients.
• Managing and supervision for Document control and permitted
submissions.
Review approved projects to determine specific needs.
• Coordination and management of Resources for the
implementation of projects using knowledge of engineering

design and technology and ensuring compliance of plans to
various regulatory codes.
• Satisfy the client needs and the requirements of the project
specifications.
• Ensure compliance to specifications and project completion
timetables/schedules.
• Handling construction, specifications and contracts for
projects.
• Coordinate activities of trades and construction staff / sub-
contractors.
• Develop execution, shop drawings, conceptual estimates and
task role matrices.
• Assure the generation of an adequate variety of conceptual
design alternatives.
• Leading individual contributor and coordinator of design
problem solving.
• Responsible for overseeing that all necessary appropriate
testing is completed and subsequent information is reported.
Building CAD drawings based on information provided by
customers and engineers.
• Processing Prepared plans, coordinated engineering,
permitted submittal.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance in architecture
preparation of efficient datasets, layouts, work statements,
drawings and delivery schedules.
• CAD and drafting guidance to operators and development
procedures.
• Handling design improvements in interpreting and
compliance with drawing standards and contract conditions.
Assisting in the development of design or design development
drawings, develop base sheets and construction details for
projects.
• Developing presentation drawings and coordinate drawings
with other disciplines.
• Producing contract documents under the direction of Project
Manager.
• Coordinating/ producing architectural documents with
Engineers and Architects.
• Supporting and assisting lead Architect in all phases of a
project.
