My role demanded being responsible for implementing and monitoring the overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity in material & production planning and material flow processes. Focus on customers’ needs in terms of innovation, flexibility, capacity, and costs. Me being the interface between other functions and external logistics partners. Also leading the Purchasing activities to secure the right supplier base and focus on continuous development and improvement of relations with suppliers.

“Bidfood middle east” currently operates in 5 markets - UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, & Jordan. Bidfood middle east collaborates with major brands such as Pacific West, illy, san Pellegrino Waters, Monin, lamb Weston, sweet street, bridor, Ferrero, Anchor, & much more! the operators of the food service channel: hotels, QSR, fsr, casual dining, cafés, catering, airlines, & institutions.

My role demanded the ability to enhance the working capital & stock optimization as well as sourcing and vendor relationship management to serve all the food service operators & develop the reporting systems to the C level of all the supply chain activities think strategically & plan for the overall supply chain activities projects & developments by reporting to the CEO.

" Premiere Food Services " currently partners with the most innovative and top-of-the-line players in the market including high-end hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and well-known quality franchises for dining & cafes, next to most of the retailers in the Egyptian Market. outline My role was to establish a supply chain department with identified KPIs & to implement all the needed end-to-end supply chain activities handling several categories (Seafood, beverages, dairy, frozen crops & bakery) and business lines in this role I was reporting to the CEO key responsibilities
•Develop end-to-end supply chain department, including warehousing, operations, & supply efficiency.
•Migrating outsourced warehousing to a fully integrated internal warehouse system.
•Led sourcing activities and maintain positive relationships with suppliers across several countries & Categories
•Managing stocks to limit liquidations & product write-offs across the portfolio.
•Full leadership of the company's demand & supply processes for distribution & food production.
•Controlling all the costing of the BOM for produced SKUs.
•Identifying bottlenecks & implementing solutions for debottling.
