➢ Responsible for ensuring that all fleet and service vehicles are inspected/serviced in accordance with the manufacture’s requirements and ensure that the vehicles is roadworthy and rentable, and that vehicles for inspection/service are blocked.
➢ Upholds company standard, maintain brand identity throughout the operation.
➢ Ensure that vehicle movement’s IN/OUT garage/locations are recorded in the system and all supported documents
➢ Coordinate vehicles delivery and removal with Hertz suppliers
➢ Management - Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
➢ Train, mentor and develop skills with team members. Set KPI’S for the team in line with business objectives, review them periodically and performance manage them to deliver outstanding results; Staff retention; Maintain accurate records staff performance and productivity; ensure maintenance of the location as per set standards and enhancement of brand image.
➢ To ensure Hertz and Transworld Co. policies and procedures applied.
