Primarily responsible for driving sales activates by managing sales team, performing sales forecasts, ensure sales revenue and profit growth, reviewing market analyses and monitoring pricing objective.
➢ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accomplish sales goals.

➢ Ensure that vehicle movement’s IN/OUT garage/locations are recorded in the system and all supported documents
➢ Coordinate vehicles delivery and removal with Hertz suppliers

Set KPI’S for the team in line with business objectives, review them periodically and performance manage them to deliver outstanding results; Staff retention; Maintain accurate records staff performance and productivity; ensure maintenance of the location as per set standards and enhancement of brand image.

➢ Report to be submitted on daily, weekly, monthly basis; Sales report “Weekly and monthly”; Loss business report “Monthly’; Garage movements report “ Daily”; Fleet maintenance report “Monthly”; Utilization report “Daily, weekly monthly basis; Present critical data relevant to Chauffeur & Operations to the Deputy General Manager reqular basis.
