Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
• Lead scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project.
• Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.

• Interact extensively with the business Area Subject Matter Experts to understand the Product and business Processes thoroughly to model AS-IS and To-Be business processes.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement through various meetings with business users and developers.
• Translate the specifications into dynamic and static wireframes.
• Responsible for writing user stories, epics, use cases, and functional specifications.

Preparing and conducting system analysis and the new features designs using use case
scenarios, user stories, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sketching and process modeling.
• Work with other company’s staff to ensure that configuration is implemented and validated in
agreement with the contract and business analysis.
• Architect solutions and deliver new user stories to developers and tracking development through
agile methodology and project life cycle (iteration).
• Conduct application training for customers/super users/administrators and create appropriate
documentation for referencing best practices and knowledge transfer.
• Support improvements of the implementation methodology by recommending changes to
business process templates, systems configuration guides and implementation procedures.
