Responsible for the supervision and execution of various Villas & buildings Structural works.
Responsible including quality control and safety precaution of the working team.
Preparation of bill of quantities of the projects and preparation the cost of estimates.
Monitoring day to day field work and Liaison with office administration and consultant.
Supervise Construction as per the design drawing, specification and consultant advice.
Make solution at the sites about Design Drawings and Specifications.
Ensure that contractor has all required tools & equipment on site to perform the required construction works at each stage of the project prior to commencing works.
Ensure that all Contractor and/or other personnel on site are wearing and using the required Personal Protection equipment at all times.
Ensure safe working practices are adhered to on site.
Prepare site status on regular basis and monthly progress report of the whole project
