RIYADH METRO PROJECT

Serving as Lead Project Control on this approximately $10+ Billion Metro Project for Lines 1 and 2, 38 km and 27 km in length respectively. The scope consists of Utility Diversion works, 47 Stations (Elevated, At Grade, Shallow, and Deep Underground), Viaduct works, Tunneling, Road Works, and Mobilization (camps, batch plants, asphalt plants, precast yards). Responsibilities involved managing three Departments involving Planning, Budget and Cost Control, as well as Quantity Surveying. Reported directly to the Delivery Director and functionally to the Project Control
Manager while providing the aforementioned services to the Execution team. Involved in monitoring and tracking performance and progress, monitoring costs and budgets, identifying and
raising trends, as well as reviewing, evaluating and estimating Change Notices. Assisted in Forecasting and also attended Change Control Board Meetings, Critical Issues meetings as well as scheduling meetings for the overall project and delivery teams. The company is one of the most acclaimed heavy/highway contractors in the southwest region. FNF provided heavy-highway construction and general engineering work in the capacity as both general contractor and subcontractor, manufacturer/producer of aggregate and asphalt rubber binder. Reported directly to a Project Sponsor (Sponsors also hold title of Vice Presidents) and managed stakeholders along with all individuals or entities that had a role on the project; the size of the team was determined based on the size and the requirements of the project. The team number could range anywhere from 20 to 60 individuals and may include a Project Superintendent, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Craft Superintendents and their respective crews (i.e paving, structures, utility), Quality Control personnel, surveyors and subcontractors.

• Successfully negotiated numerous change orders and extra work (resulting in excess of $5 million)
• Maintained extremely good relationships with the Owners and Stakeholders

• New Mexico Heavy Highway Project of the year in 2004 by Southwest Contractor Magazine for the US 84/285 Santa Fe, New Mexico.
